Elch is a buman resident of Freyjagard.
Appearance
Elch has neck-length, unruly hair and fluffy, fox-like ears. He also has many prominent, pointy teeth, often arced in an angry grimace.
Personality
Elch can be quite brash at times, seeking to ensure that all around him know the truth rather than concealing it with politeness. This is closely connected to his position as Freyjagard's treasurer, forcing him to bluntly state matters concerning the town's finances even when most would rather avoid saying such. However, he does have a softer side, capable of lightening up and expressing joy about things like Roo's release from slavery. He is also suspected by his mother, Winona, of having an interest in Shinobu Sarutobi.
